the hotel's location was acceptable. it made getting around quite simple.
The room i was assigned felt surprisingly dated, and cleanliness was not optimal. i found a stain on the carpet. It was quite off-putting! the bathroom mirror also had streaks, and the grout lines looked like they needed a deep clean. for a hotel of this reputation, i expected better maintenance.

I had a amazing time . The location was perfect with easy access to everything I wanted to see and do. I found the staff friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had (very quick response times!). The room itself was spacious and had great amenities.

I was so excited the location was super central! it meant canada place, robson street, and coal harbor were only a 5-7 minute walk. gastown and the stadium were only 12-15 minutes away. That's awesome. our king room had a city view with a peek-a-boo harbor view. I really loved that.
the in-room coffee was okay, though i wished for a slightly bolder flavor.

I found that staff were friendly and helpful. That was so important. they provided quick assistance when i requested extra towels. their daily cleanliness was excellent, and the room felt well-organized each day of my stay. It was pretty amazing.

The gym is really good and includes two peloton bikes. i noticed that it is next to the sky train and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. i really appreciated the pool and the hot tub. They were amazing after a long day of sightseeing.
